About Us

Our business was founded on delivering old fashioned productivity improvements, but we became frustrated with what we knew to be best practice not "sticking"  in the workplace.  People seemed determined to work against their best interests.  We wanted to find out why, and what we could do to steer them in the right direction

After working with some of leading Behavioural Economic practitioners we migrated the business away from just manufacturing solutions, and now look at what behavioural factors are stopping businesses achieving their potential.

We still help them identify practical solutions, but also address the behavioural barriers to their implementation.  In addition we work with clients on using modern behavioural insights to make low/zero cost changes that will positively influence consumers, suppliers, staff and investors.  We are about optimising what businesses were going to do anyway, to get the best return on their investment. 

Between us we have 50 years of experience in business and industry, including running a national charity and being a European Manufacturing Manager responsible for 300+ employees.
